Marc Jacob’s announced last night that the American actress, Winona Ryder is the new face of Marc Jacob’s beauty. This is her first time she has fronted a line of beauty products. Marc has known her for a very long time as he states on his Instagram post and has also dressed her for years so it makes complete sense he has chosen her to be the new face. Marc Jacobs is unpredictable so it does not come to a surprise that he appointed Winona Ryder as his new beauty model.
The caption underneath the Instagram photo was very passionate and desirous. Winona does have that Audrey Hepburn look and has the perfect image for the famous brand, Marc Jacob’s. He explains how she captures his vision for the campaign, with endless praise. “She does not model the look she gets into the role- and exudes it! A brilliant mind, talent, and physical beauty like no other”. He does not hold a grudge against her, for her past misdemeanour with the law. As the Daily Mail points out, it’s been almost 14 years to the day since she was arrested for shoplifting designer goods – including a $760 Marc Jacobs sweater.
