For another year running the clothes show was a huge success! With a host of reality show guests, fashion shows and live performances and let’s not forget the amazing bargains, we had a whale of a time! So whether you missed out on the biggest fashion and beauty event of the year, or whether just like us you want to relive being at the show, we have the low down on what went on.
Reality Tv Guests- The show was packed with reality TV stars making the rounds for promotions, from taking part in Q&As or even walking the catwalk and taking pictures with fans. TV stars Billie Faiers, Binky Felstead, and Charlotte Crosby walked the catwalk to promote their collections with In The Style. The girls later took to the stage to take part in a Q&A session with Antonia O’Brien. The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Lewis also took to the catwalk promoting her collaboration with Little Mistress showing off not only the designs but her toned figure!
Joey Essex was also there promoting his new collection Fusey. Joey took part in a Q&A session during which there was a lot of screaming from his fans! Speaking about being on the reality show he admitted to the cameras having been “a bit too much sometimes”. As a surprise to his fans he handed out gift bags to a few lucky winners who went into frenzy!
Fashion Shows- Apart from the fashion shows put on by the reality stars, there were a number of high street collections being showcased on the Image Catwalk. Catwalks showcasing AW15 edits, from Little mistress, Sugarhill Boutique, Paper Dolls to Girls on Film and DL.
Live Performances- As if the catwalks weren’t enough, we were lucky enough to watch many great live performances! Throughout the week 4th Impact made a few appearances; they performed Jessie J’s song Bang Bang, and we can tell you that after their flawless performance we are struggling to understand why they aren’t in the X-Factor finals!
On Saturday the 5th (the second day of the clothes show), quite the fashionista Charli XCX earned her stripes with her performance quite literally in a monochrome stripy ensemble!
Shopping- Last but definitely not least whoever attended the Clothes show, was sure to grab some bargains (we know we definitely did!). There were so many brands to choose from, we’re talking, asos, Paul’s Boutique, Topshop, River Island, Rimmel, NYX. Clothes, shoes, accessories or even beauty products you were bound to leave with at least one item! I mean who could say no to Freedom necklaces for a pound? We surely didn’t!
