Up to 500 million people worldwide tune in every year to watch the sexiest TV event of the year, The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the show and we believe that there’s something special in store. The brand has come a long way since its first big show in 1995 and this year wouldn’t be any less.
This year’s show will take place in Paris, the fashion capital of the world and the City of Love. Models including; Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Jasmine Tookes, Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Lily Aldridge, Elsa Hosk, Josephine Skriver, Lais Ribeiro, Martha Hunt, Romee Strijd, Sara Sampaio, Stella Maxwell, Taylor Hill and more will strut their stuff on the runway wearing the latest Victoria’s Secret Pink collection.
Last year, Lily Aldridge was wore the Fantasy Bra worth £1.6million which is nothing compared to the Red Hot Fantasy Bra worn by Gisele Bundchen in 2000 — at £12million, the most expensive piece of lingerie ever made. However, this year, Model Jasmin Tookes will be wearing the Fantasy Bra, showcasing 9000 gemstones, 450 carats and worth approximately £2.4million.
Billboard has confirmed Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga and The Weeknd will be performing at this year’s Victoria’s Secrets show. Their appearances are in line with some of the latest chart topping music releases this year, including Lady Gaga’s Joanne, Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic and The Weeknd’s Star Boy.
