The 2025 Grammy Awards took place in Los Angeles last night, just weeks after the wildfires that ravaged the city. Hosted by Trevor Noah for the fifth consecutive year, the evening set a tone for the rest of the awards season.
Despite the wildfires that devastated the city last month, the 2025 Grammy Awards still provided plenty to celebrate. Beyoncé claimed the Album of the Year for the first time, while Cowboy Carter was named Best Country Album. Breakout star Doechii made history as only the second woman to win Best Rap Album this century—and the third in the awards’ history—with her remarkable Alligator Bites Never Heal.
