One Direction On The X factor Finale

Liam, Harry, Louis and Niall are the members of One Direction we all grew to love since they came to our screens on X Factor in 2010. Last night they returned to the place where it all began for them as they gave their final performance on the X Factor Finale where Louisa Johnson was crowned winner. These boys indidvidually auditioned as solo male artists and then put together to form a boy band. Zayn Malik was also part of this group up until March 2015 when he announced his departure.

Last night their performance was spectacular. They performed two tracks from their current album titled ‘Made in the AM’ before they go on their 18-month hiatus in 2016. The first song preformed from the group was Infinity. Each member was dressed remarkably smart in a fitted blazer with their own unique variations. Harry’s outfit particularly caught our attention as he performed wearing a red floral blazer and matching trousers designed by Gucci.

The group were given a small surprise before they performed their second song History. A short video montage was played featuring a few of our favourite celebrities such as James Corden, Jack Whitehall and David Beckham, Little Mix, Robbie Williams, Wayne Rooney and boy band 5 seconds of summer. American actor Danny DeVito also appearing in the clip making a funny remake stating the boys could ‘take some acting lessons’ during their time off.

Simon Cowell, their former mentor appeared extremely pleased as he thanked the boys and told them they deserve their break, after the video montage was played. Since 2010, One Direction has had huge success within the music industry. This is not only fantastic for UK music industry but also for a group coming from the reality TV Show singing competition; X Factor.

Drag Me Down (2015), One Way Or Another (2013, Teenage Kicks), Little Things (2012) and What Makes You Beautiful (2011) were all number one tracks on the UK Singles Charts.
