Since the Drunk In Love Singer released her highly anticipated Visual album “Lemonade” on Saturday the 23rd April. There has been so much speculation raised regarding her husband Jay Z and his infidelities within their marriage. Another major question that has been asked is Who is Becky? As mentioned in her song Sorry “You Better Call Becky With the good hair”.
Fans have been jumping to all sorts of conclusion to whom Becky might be. Rita Ora and Iggy Azalea were amongst the celebrities who received negative backlash as a result of these song lyrics. Although Fashion Designer Rachel Roy who had been linked to Jay Z in the past received so much negative criticism regarding an Instagram post she uploaded. In this post she mentioned having “Good Hair” in the caption which caused the Beyhive to leave a swarm of nasty comments on her photographs.
The backlash was so harsh she was led to put her account on private for a while and release the following statement on twitter.
Do you think Rachel is truly Becky or was it just terrible timing and a coincidence that she posted that caption? Rita Ora took a cute snap which she posted on her snapchat of herself and Beyonce last night. I’m sure that helped to clear up any misunderstanding people may have of her being Becky.
Iggy Azalea also tweeted to clear her name up and away from all the Beyhive controversy. We wonder if we’ll ever find out who Becky with the good hair is?
