Giambattista Valli x H&M Collaboration

Known for collaborating with incredible top designers and brands, HM’s latest partnership is definitely one of the most glamourous.

In May, H&M unveiled its 2019 designer collaboration at the amfAR gala in Cannes. And it’s the most red-carpet worthy collection yet.

With five designs made specially for women. Worn by some of our favourite stars such as, Kendall Jenner, Bianca Brandolini, Chris Lee (Li Yuchun), Chiara Ferragni and H.E.R. Also included suits for men, worn by Ross Lynch.

Giambattista Valli, the master of sparkling gowns with extravagant trains and exquisite cocktail dresses. Valli is a Rome-born, Paris-based couture and ready-to-wear designer. He launched his incredible brand in 2005. Previously worked at Fendi and creative director at Emaunel Ungaro. Come July 2011, he presented his first couture collection. He’s also an official member of the exclusive Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture.

The full collection hits stores and online on November 7. However, get ready for a stampede next month. The limited-edition drops early and is usually almost sold out instantly.

“H&M gives me the opportunity to bring my vision of style and my celebration of beauty to a wider audience. The goal is to share my love for beauty and to be able to be part of everyone’s ‘happy moments’, to help create love stories all around the world,” Valli said

“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Giambattista Valli. He is the undisputed master of haute couture with a knack for the memorable silhouette,” Ann-Sofie Johansson, creative advisor at H&M.

“To be able to bring his signature styles to our customers is a dream come true. We can’t wait to see their reactions to this beautiful collection.”

Here are some of our favourite looks from the collection.
