Don’t deny it – the majority of us have been in a relationship with a complete charmer and had deep suspicions that he or she may have been unfaithful. During those painful times, we might have gone a tad too far, acted out of character somewhat, and basically done things that now seem…well, crazy AF. Read on to discover (or recall) some of the crazy behaviour we’d rather forget.
1.Eye Spy
Well, some may call it spying, but we like to think of it as hide and seek for grown ups. If you were in love with a man whom turned out to be an outright womaniser, it is likely you indulged in a little spying – and more likely yet, you will have also been caught out. (MI6 employees, we are not).
2.Burning Of Clothes
Those of us who either discovered or were 99% certain their partners were doing the dirty will have gone against their usual angelic moral status to become momentarily morally bankrupt (and a bit mad). Own up, some of us would have piled up a careful selection of his favourite attire, poured on every last drop of the expensive aftershave you bought him last Christmas, and preceded with having a bonfire. (The more sadistic of you may have invited your mates round to drink wine, toast marshmallows and slate him (a la Friends style).
3.Acted Inappropriately
The women who have suffered in a relationship with a man who drives down the road with his tongue hanging out the window will connect with this point. At some stage his outrageously constant come-ons in front of you will have pushed you too far. Sure, a few of you will have done the right thing and just ended it. But then there’s the rest of us, who will have had one glass of red too many and proceeded to try it on with his happily married best mate, or maybe even the unfortunate waiter in the posh restaurant where you are both dining. Yes, these are definitely occasions when blokes have sent us a bit mad.
